Applying to our private boarding and day school
To request an application packet, just call the Admissions Office at (610) 363-5347 to reach the desk of Pat Ceschan, who will be glad to assist you. You can also send an email to the following address, PCeschan@gocfs.net. The packet will include the following items:

• CFS Application for Admission
• Three reference forms with mailing envelopes
• Release of Records Authorization
• Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) registration booklet
• Parents Financial Statement (PFS)

When you receive the application packet, check to be sure all of the materials listed above have been sent. If something is missing, let us know right away.

You can also download and print our Application, Reference Forms and Release of Records Authorization by clicking here. To register for the SSAT, please visit the following website: http://www.ssat.org. The Parents’ Financial Statement is available online at https://sss.ets.org/pfsHome/do. If you’d rather receive hard copies of both SSAT registration materials, as well as the Parent’s Financial Statement, please contact the Admissions Office at (610) 363-5347 or send an email to PCeschan@gocfs.net.
